Holiday Home, Residence, "Ma se ghe penso" Villa from the end of the 19th century with 1.5 m plastered stone walls. We have 750 m2 of fully fenced equipped area, also for the possible presence of guests with pets. Usable as an entire villa or with 2 apartments with private and separate entrances and services. Ground floor 2+1 beds 1st floor 2+3 beds. Green and grit areas for exclusive private use also fenced. Anti escape. 19th-20th century Ligurian style furnishings. Charming residence in the historic center of Castiglione Chiavarese. Total peace and relaxation at night. Unmissable open view of the Petronio valley. We are 20 minutes from the beaches of Sestri Levante, Riva Trigoso and Moneglia. From Sestri L. the first of the 5 lands 20 minutes by train. 30 kilometers from Portofino. Equipped area: fountains, showers, sunbeds, parasols, deckchairs, tables, chairs, double barbecue area, ORGANIC vegetable garden, fruit trees, ornamental plants, night lighting, programmed watering system. Historic center of Castiglione Chiavarese 60 m walk from the free car park. Residence and business open all year round due to the presence of an LPG gas system, but also of an original period fireplace, pellet stove and hydropellet boiler. We have kept the furnishings of the past. In the kitchen on the ground floor cast iron, Carrara marble and solid wood burners. On the first floor, a double canopy bed, period bathroom with solid larch flooring, bathtub and shower.

We produce Limoncello, Arancino, Allorino (liqueurs based on ancient recipes from our grandparents). We have 3 ORGANIC vegetable gardens. You can, if you want, taste our products. Let's just give water to our crops!

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 21 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.
