Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)
You may cancel your booking up to 3 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 30% of the total cost of the booking

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Check-in from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Check-out before 10:00 AM
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM
Municipal tax of €2.00 per person per night is applicable up to 3 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 10 do not pay municipal tax
Only first linen change is provided
Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €5.00
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €5.00
Rooms cleaning is not provided during the stay
Final cleaning is included in the price
Extra room cleaning is available at a cost of €10.00
Meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms
Pets
Conditions for pets staying in this facility:
- pets of medium-small size by prior agreement with the host
- Well-behaved, not aggressive or noisy, kept on a leash, pets may not be left alone at the facility
- Garden
- A one-time additional cost of 25 € for final cleaning

Il Borgo di Campi is located 4 Kms far from Riomaggiore at 270 metres on the sea level.
To reach the apartments you have to walk down an easy and panoramic stairway of aprox 200 steps.
A public bus service links our resort and the village a few fixed times a day - Taxi service from Riomaggiore available
