Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)
The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 30 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 29 to 15 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 14 to 5 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 70% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 4 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 85% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Check-out before 10:30 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM

Rooms are cleaned every 1 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 10:00 AM

Pets
Conditions for pets staying in this facility:
- Dogs, cats of small size by prior agreement with the host
- Well-behaved, not aggressive or noisy, kept on a leash, with pet passport, pets may not sleep on beds, pets may not be left alone at the facility, pets should be with owners at all times
- Garden, bowl
- A daily cost of 5 € is due per pet with a one-time additional cost of 10 € for final cleaning
Other notes
In the relaxation area you will find tea and courtesy teas, spaces for reading and information on the activities
You will not find bottled water, because from all the taps of Cascina Montiglio, even those of the rooms, only Morainic water of fresh, healthy and balanced spring comes out
Customers with special dietary and health needs are invited to communicate in advance any allergies or intolerances to certain foods
