Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)
Credit Card Guarantee: The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 30 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 29 to 6 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 30% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 5 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;
Deposit: The deposit paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show.

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Check-in from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Check-out before 10:00 AM
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM
Municipal tax of €1.50 per person per night is applicable up to 15 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 12 do not pay municipal tax
Only first linen change is provided
Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €12.00
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €12.00
Rooms cleaning is not provided during the stay
Final cleaning is included in the price
Extra room cleaning is available at a cost of €35.00

Pets
Conditions for pets staying in this facility:
- pets of any size by prior agreement with the host
- Well-behaved, not aggressive or noisy, pets may not sleep on beds, pets should be with owners at all times
- Garden
- A daily cost of 5 € is due per pet
