Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)
You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Balance to be paid at check-out
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.
Rules of the house
Check-in from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Check-out before 11:00 AM
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM
Municipal tax of €3.00 per person per night is applicable up to 7 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 14 do not pay municipal tax
Fresh towels every 1 days
Fresh sheets every 1 days
Rooms are cleaned every 1 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 10:00 AM
Final cleaning is included in the price
No meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms
Pets
Conditions for pets staying in this facility:
- pets of medium-small size by prior agreement with the host
- A daily cost of 10 € is due per pet

I would like to inform you that there is a Restaurant with outdoor tables in the summer that offers a typical 0 km cuisine with local products
The cost of the 3-course set menu (water and coffee included) is Euro 35.00 per person - We remind you to reserve it at least 12 hours before
Friday Dinner based on fresh local fish at a cost of Euro 45.00 per person (wines not included)
Our guest have a 10% discount to buy our local products in our shop winery
