Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 30 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Check-out before 10:00 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM
Municipal tax of €1.00 per person per night is applicable up to 5 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 12 do not pay municipal tax

Rooms are cleaned every 2 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 11:00 AM

Pets

Conditions for pets staying in this facility:
- pets of medium-small size
- Well-behaved, not aggressive or noisy, with pet passport, pets may not sleep on beds, pets may not be left alone at the facility
- Garden, bowl
- A one-time additional cost of 20 € for final cleaning

Other notes

From June to August there's an extra fee for beach, 16 euro a day. Finally we can also accommodate your pet-friends. We have also organized ourselves because we know that a holiday without them is never a holiday! We will welcome them with a small present, bowls of fresh water, an external shower to cool off and we are also organizing ourselves for the beach from June to September. We will be happy to give you information on vets in the area, shops, and pet-friendly restaurants

Beautiful location, rooms equipped with all comforts. The owner is a very kind person, abundant breakfast and the best thing is the price... really great. I will definitely come back.

Maurizio is a kind, hospitable, discreet, and helpful person. The room is very nice, attention to detail, clean, and equipped with all comforts, including a small fridge. The bathroom is new and spacious. The structure reflects the local standards with a view from above of the gulf and environments enriched by very pleasant typical flowers and plants to the sight.
