You may cancel your booking up to 2 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of €30.00

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

The owner is an exceptional host, very kind and generous. He gave us a lift from Modena station on our arrival and to the bus stop on our departure, and even travelled to Bologna to give me the sunglasses I had left in our room. It's a lovely house, and breakfast was superb. Thank you, and happy travels!

Tommaso est très accueillant. Je voulais découvrir du vrai vinaigre de Modena, il a eu la gentillesse de nous accompagner chez un artisan qui nous a fait gouter une perle de vinaigre. Sa maison est très confortable. Nous ne sommes rester qu'une nuit, mais c'était très reposant, et aux portes de Modena, qui est une ville très agréable.

Bien que à proximité de l'autoroute, l'endroit est très calme est charmant. Idéal pour une escale. Le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré avec des produits frais. Nous recommandons néanmoins vivement cette adresse.

The owner, Mr. Tommaso, is a really kind and helpful person, a truly peaceful place, spacious room and bathroom. Although the cleanliness of the premises is good, it still needs improvement (presence of various cobwebs in both the room and bathroom). The breakfast could be improved by offering fresh products and not prepackaged ones.

Che dire sulle ragnatele mi scuso se non sono state viste ma senz'altro provvederò e comunque grazie per la segnalazione. Per la colazione il giudizio mi sembra molto severo, solo perché anziché una pasta fresca ho presentato una pasta preconfezionata, peraltro eredità del periodo covid. Comunque grazie.

Mr. Tommaso is very kind. The structure is located in a rather peripheral and very quiet area, reachable only by car. Stone rustic. Very satisfied.

Great compromise between proximity to the center of Modena and open spaces in the countryside. Great price even during fair days. Excellent connection to the main roads (highway, national road, etc.). You stay in a family-run structure, so no luxury but great hospitality. Arrival avenue to the structure very disconnected unfortunately, but I don't think this is their responsibility.

B&B Contrada is a well-kept historic country house on the outskirts of Modena with a truly delightful manager, Mr. Tommaso. The only downside is that it is in the countryside, although just a few kilometers from the center of Modena, so on one hand it's a pleasant and very peaceful place, but on the other hand it means that having a car at your disposal is recommended to reach it, even though there is a call-based public transport service provided by SETA that can pick you up and take you very close upon reservation for the cost of a regular urban ticket.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte presso questa struttura e devo dire che ci siamo trovati molto bene. Essendo in una zona in mezzo al verde abbiamo potuto riposare perfettamente. Al risveglio la colazione è stata abbondante e di buona qualità. Gestori molto cordiali. Consigliato!

Posto stupendo, sembra di entrare in un altro mondo, non sembra neanche di essere attaccati alla strada. L’uscita dell’autostrada è ad un km di lontananza, comodissimo. Il gestore, Marco, con la moglie è molto disponibile e sa come accogliere gli ospiti, mi è dispiaciuto essere rimasto solamente una notte. La stanza in cui siamo stati, mi ha colpito molto in positivo. Sembra di ritornare ai tempi, quando si andava a dormire dalla nonna in campagna. Da ritornarci.

Tommaso è una persona disponibile e accogliente, il B&B è un vero B&B, infatti Tommaso cede le 2 camere libere del suo grande casale immerso nel verde delle campagne Modenesi. Il bagno è in esclusiva sul corridoio in comune. Non manca nulla ed il proprietario è sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta, tornerò al B&B Contrada. Consigliato per chi viaggia per lavoro e anche per turismo.

Abbiamo dormito una sola notte, il posto è delizioso, in campagna ma attaccato alla città. Pulitissimo, letto comodi e le crostate con la marmellata fatte dal sig. Tommaso, deliziose. Il proprietario è molto carino e accogliente. Anche il ristorante che ci ha suggerito è stato super. Grazie ci torneremo. Paola.

Purtroppo una sola notte. da consigliare se si vuole fare una gita in Emilia Romagna: tranquillità, pulizia, efficenza, isolati nel verde e lontani da ogni rumore. Una nota particolare per il gestore, il sig. Tommaso: disponibile, gentile, educato e simpatico. Sicuramente ci torno se cercherò soggiorno nelle vicinanze. Non ultimo: la fotografia raffigurante la colazione non rende giustizia di quella offerta, molto abbondante e prodotti freschi.

È un casolare completamente ristrutturato e immerso nel verde a pochi passi dall'autostrada. Lo abbiamo scelto come tappa per il nostro viaggio e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Il proprietario è una persona ospitale e squisita e altrettanto squisite sono le crostate che ci ha fatto trovare al mattino. Sicuramente torneremo qui.

Soggiorno piacevole e tranquillo, il gestore è stato disponibile, professionale e molto gentile, la posizione è strategica, poco distante da parecchi punti di interesse e facilmente raggiungibile, le camere pulite e in ordine. La colazione dovrebbe essere curata un pochino di più e l'ingresso notturno organizzato in modo da non dover svegliare il gestore. In ogni caso consiglio vivamente di soggiornare nella struttura!
