Description
For a relaxing and comfortable stay … in the country near Dozza, the Bed and Breakfast Ravaglia Grande was completely renovated in 2004, and is managed personally by the Peggi family who guarantee a quality service for their client's during their stay.

The rooms have been redesigned in a classical local style and have a view out into the open country. All the rooms are furnished with the following accessories: independent bathroom services with Shower, Air conditioning, TV and FREE DSL connection. There is also WI-FI in the common areas which extends also outdoors.

There is a barbecue grill for pleasant, perhaps accompanied with our Sangiovese.

At 800 metres from the main building, along a lane which winds through fields and vineyards, another farm building has been converted and offers three double rooms, two of which have use of a kitchen, ideal for clients who wish to stay for longer periods or simply prefer to cater for themselves.

The Italian breakfast with cake and jams made by us, is served at the table. We accept menu changes and special requests.

To 100 mt from your room it is possible to cross afoot or with a mountain bike a suggestive absorbed path in a rich and impervious vegetation that flanks the river "Sillaro" for different kilometers.

La struttura è immersa in un contesto agreste dove regnano pace e tranquillità. È gestita dal signor Alessandro, host attento e premuroso e da sua moglie Giorgia che prepara per colazione delle ottime crostate con marmellata casalinga. Anche i nostri due cani sono stati accolti con gentilezza e disponibilità. Gli ambienti sono ampi, puliti ed accoglienti. Consigliatissimo per famiglie anche con bambini. Buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Buoni anche i vini della cantina del sig. Alessandro che ringraziamo sentitamente per l'accoglienza e l'ospitalità.

Struttura molto carina, letteralmente immersa nel verde. Tranquilla e riservata, lontana dalla confusione e dal rumore, ideale per qualche giorno di relax. Personale davvero gentile e cortese, capace di mettere a proprio agio e di far sentire a casa i clienti. Stanza accogliente, spaziosa, ben arredata. Bagno carino e pulito. È stato davvero piacevole alloggiare presso di loro!

Una delle strutture più ben curate e ben tenute che io abbia mai visto. Se siete in Emilia non potete non venire in questo posto magnifico. Bellissimo casolare in campagna. Belle camere. 10 e lode alla pulizia della struttura. Per non parlare della cortesia e accoglienza dei proprietari. Loro vanno anche ottimo vino e le torte a colazione sono meravigliose. Consigliatissimo.

Hey, I'm Alessandro

We are a young couple: Giorgia and Alessandro. Giorgia deals exclusively with the B & B then provides a quality service and is always available to our customers. The room cleaning is done daily linen change every 7 days and towels are changed every 4 days. Alexander runs the farm with his father and is available in guided tours in the basement or in the countryside, tasting of our wines.

Nestled in the country, not far from Dozza Imolese, Ravaglia Grande Bed & Breakfast is only 1 Km from Castel Guelfo and 7 Km from Castel San Pietro Terme.

Detailed indications from the Motorway

On exiting the motorway at Castel San Pietro follow the indications for Castel Guelfo. As you arrive at the small town turn right in the direction of Imola, after around 100 mt there is a small road called 'Via Canale'. This road leads straight to 'Via di Mezzo' and continuing for a kilometer you will find the B&B on the right at N° 86.
