Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)
You may cancel your booking up to 30 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM

Rooms cleaning is not provided during the stay
Final cleaning has a mandatory additional cost of 90.00 € per
oom/accomodation
Extra room cleaning is available at a cost of €50.00

Conditions for pets staying in this facility:
- pets of any size by prior agreement with the host
- Well-behaved, not aggressive or noisy, pet sleeps in a dedicated space, outside guestrooms., pets may not sleep on beds
- Garden, dog sitter, pet bed, outdoor box, bowl, cat food
- An additional cost will apply
