Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo in confronto a le altre strutture di la spezia e provincia, struttura nuova e curata, il gestore è cordiale, civile e disponibile. Consiglio a tutti.

Bella struttura situata nella piana di Arcola, in una posizione logisticamente comoda (a due passi dalla statale Aurelia) ma purtroppo vicino alla ferrovia della quale si avvertivano distintamente i passaggi dei convogli anche notturni. Casa fresca, camere accoglienti, bagni ampi e puliti. Per la colazione il gestore per le norme antiCOVID ci ha lasciato un po' di vettovaglie confezionate e la disponibilità assoluta della cucina anche per altri pasti. In generale una sistemazione confortevole con qualche pecca non dipendente dalla gestione. Bella la vista retrostante sulle alpi Apuane.
