Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)
Deposit: The deposit paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show.

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Check-out before 10:00 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM

Rooms cleaning is not provided during the stay
Final cleaning is included in the price
Extra room cleaning is available at a cost of €40.00

Pets
Conditions for pets staying in this facility:
- Dogs, cats of medium-small size by prior agreement with the host
- Well-behaved, not aggressive or noisy, kept on a leash
- Pets stay free of charge

A car pass will be provided for free parking in many areas of the center of Levanto, including the train station. On the morning of the check-in day, information on how to reach the apartment will be sent to you by whatsapp
