Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)
You may cancel your booking up to 3 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking
Payment terms
Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM

Rooms are cleaned every 1 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 10:00 AM
Final cleaning is included in the price

Our B&B is a new structure located in the Moreniche hills near Volta Mantovana in a quiet location for a relaxing stay.
The property offers private internal parking.
We are very close to beautiful places such as Borghetto sul Mincio, Watwr park "Cavour", and few kilometers ago mantova, Verona and Lago di Garda which can also be reached through the cycle paths that surround us.
