Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 31 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 30 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 30% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 30% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Struttura molto carina immersa negli ulivi, a 2 km dal mare. La nostra camera quella Blu, era con una bella terrazza vista mare, con letto matrimoniale e singolo nella parte inferiore e nella parte superiore con 3 letti singoli. La zona superiore è raggiungibile con una stretta scala chiocciola non molto comoda, ma ci si fa l'abitudine. Sempre di sopra si trova il bagno con una doccia piuttosto scomoda, dato il tetto spiovente. Buona la colazione. Molto gentile e attenta Sandra, la padrona di casa, soprattutto per quanto riguarda le norme per la prevenzione covid. Consiglio vivamente di andarci!

Ottima l’ospitalità e può sembrare strano, ma approvo il fatto che non ci sia la tv nella camera, che ho trovato molto confortevole e luminosa. Dalla finestra si scorge il mare e si è avvolti nella tranquillità. Buona la colazione, dolci fatti in casa e specialità del posto. Grazie! Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo iniziato bene la vacanza.

Sandra è un ospite eccellente. Immediatamente apre le porte della sua casa e da cliente inizi a sentirti un componente della famiglia. La vista dalla struttura è bellissima, la posizione è strategica per chi sceglie una vacanza alla scoperta delle Marche, la colazione è ottima ed abbondante. Attenta nella cura delle persone che vivono nella sua casa per tanti o pochi giorni, Sandra è anche un'ottima fonte di informazioni per andare alla scoperta di mete lontane dal tradizionale. Le Marche sono una regione che pubblicizza poco le molte ricchezze presenti. Consiglio la casa tra gli ulivi a chiunque voglia, oltre a visitare questa bella regione, soggiornare in un ambiente rasserenante ed ospitale, immerso negli ulivi e nel verde.

Soggiorno molto breve ma decisamente piacevole, Sandra è una perfetta e istrionica padrona di casa che ci ha messo immediatamente a nostro agio. La casa si trova in una posizione invidiabile con una vista mozzafiato, il giardino è ben curato e un laghetto completa il tutto. Sicuramente da ritornarci.
