Description
We will be glad to host you in a warm and wonderful villa of recent restructuring.

The B&B is completely surrounded by the typical hilly landscape of Marche and at the same time, it is close to Arena Sferisterio and the old town of Macerata.

We offer you a comfortable and functional suite of 50sqm with independent entry, entitled "The rooms on the garden" consists of one room 2+1 beds, bathroom and living room furnished exclusively for use with period furniture, the whole is enhanced by a private terrace, ground floor, where guests can taste delicious breakfast outdoors.

A second suite of 50sqm, called "The terrace of the park", always has an independent entrance and consists of an elegantly furnished double room, a bedroom / sitting room with 2 beds, a bathroom for the exclusive use and a wonderful terrace-solarium on the first floor of 50 square meters, where in summer we serve breakfast table.

A provision of gardens fenced of 5000 square meters, equipped with umbrellas, hammocks, benches and chairs, lighted at night.

A spectacular panoramic veranda, built in brick with wooden roof truss, is used as a reception, billiard room, breakfast reading and entertainment.

A charming porch with adjoining sitting room, will welcome you in your moments of relaxation.

Children also can play in the playground on the lawn safely.

The B&B Li dolci colli is near the University of Macerata, reached in ten minutes by car, so it is also ideal lodging for students and university professors.

The beaches of the coast of Marche, awarded by the Blue Flags are at half an hour.

A hinterland Macerata, untouched by mass tourism, are waiting to be discovered in all its peculiarity
