Nestled in the serene Umbrian countryside, the B&B Terra dei Santi Country House welcomes its guests into six independent apartments, each thoughtfully designed to ensure maximum comfort. The spacious and bright areas are perfect for couples, families, or friends, accommodating between 2 to 6 people. Each apartment features a double bedroom with a private bathroom, a living area with a well-equipped kitchenette, a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a furnished outdoor patio for relaxing in the fresh air. Free and convenient parking is also provided.

The names of the apartments are inspired by the medicinal plants and flowers that flourish in the park surrounding the property: Sage, Mint, Saffron, Lavender, Juniper, Rosemary, and Cornflower. All accommodations are easily accessible and barrier-free; notably, the Saffron apartment is equipped to welcome guests with disabilities, ensuring a peaceful stay for everyone.

Each apartment in our residence comes with a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for cooking up delicious meals. Guests have the option to enjoy their meals comfortably inside the apartment or on the veranda during the summer months, providing maximum flexibility in their dining choices.

In every kitchen, you will find not only the traditional Moka pot but also a Lavazza a Modo Mio capsule coffee machine and a handy kettle, ideal for brewing tea, herbal infusions, and other hot beverages.

We are Delia and Americo, and the Residence Terra dei Santi Country House is the realization of a long-held dream: to breathe new life into our family’s old farmhouse, transforming it into a genuine welcoming space surrounded by the beauty of the Umbrian countryside. With passion and commitment, we have renovated every area using eco-friendly materials, paying attention to every detail to provide our guests with a stay that combines comfort, warmth, and character. Our location is in Spello, one of Italy’s most beautiful villages, strategically positioned for day trips to enchanting places such as Assisi, Perugia, Spoleto, Todi, and Montefalco. Our region is rich in history, art, and spirituality, as well as unspoiled landscapes and natural trails: from the plains of Castelluccio to the Marmore Falls, from Lake Trasimeno to the hills surrounding medieval towns. The main house, old stables, and barn, once the heart of rural life, have been transformed into six elegant and comfortable apartments, furnished with Umbrian-style furniture, soft-toned fabrics, and embroidered linens to create a cozy and homely atmosphere. Americo has lovingly overseen the creation of the large garden that surrounds the property, selecting trees, shrubs, and aromatic herbs that reflect our land and convey its tranquility. Every decision—from the materials used to the furnishings, from the scents to the layout of the spaces—comes from the desire to offer guests an authentic experience where nature and spirituality harmoniously intertwine.

The Terra dei Santi Country House is located in Spello, a charming town renowned worldwide as one of the most captivating villages in Italy. From the Country House, you can embark on numerous day trips to explore the surrounding area. Assisi, the famous city of Saint Francis and a universal symbol of peace, is only 8 kilometers away. Not far off is Perugia, the capital of the region, rich in history and art, featuring monuments and churches that reflect its Etruscan and Roman origins, still well-preserved atop the acropolis.

Additionally, several medieval towns can be easily reached, such as Spello, Bevagna, Montefalco, Trevi, Spoleto, Todi, and Gubbio, each characterized by castles, historic walls, fortresses, towers, and elegant courtyards. Nature enthusiasts will find numerous trails to follow, journeying leisurely along serene roads surrounded by greenery, uncovering hidden corners and pristine views.
