Description
The ColleParadiso Agriturismo in Assisi is an independent Umbrian farmhouse, whose dominant position on a high hill offers guests a magnificent panorama of the hills that extend behind Assisi.

Located a few kilometers from the historic center, it is the ideal place to visit the most beautiful cities in Umbria. Upon returning, the park and swimming pool available to guests allow you to enjoy moments of true relaxation surrounded by a unique panorama.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 5 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Rooms are cleaned every 1 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 10:00 AM
Final cleaning has a mandatory additional cost of 30.00 € per oom/accomodation

Immersed in the quiet of nature. Clean and well-equipped place. Strategic location to visit the main tourist attractions of Assisi and surroundings. ColleParadiso is a wonderful place where I hope to return.

Structure in an idyllic setting surrounded by nature but still close to Assisi and the most beautiful Umbrian villages, very attentive and helpful managers, has a splendid pool always clean. In addition, our little dogs were treated as if they were their own. I highly recommend it.

The structure is a little corner of paradise immersed in the greenery, excellent for those who need to unwind and enjoy some relaxation, especially if you want to bring your four-legged friends. It is located a few minutes by car from the center of Assisi, so it is convenient for those who want to visit the surroundings of the city. The owners, Giovanni and Luciana, were very kind to us and made us feel at home. The style of the b&b is rustic and it is precisely in this simplicity that it is welcoming and magical. We highly recommend it and hope to return soon, maybe even with the rest of the family.

Ottimo soggiorno, struttura molto bella, piscina fruibile e ben tenuta, ottima igiene e pulizia, ordinaria e straordinaria per le precauzioni e igiene specifica per il COVID-19, padroni di casa molto simpatici, disponibili e ospitali, i nostri bambini hanno molto apprezzato il verde, la natura e tutto il resto. Ottimi anche i consigli sui posti forniti su dove andare a cena.

Ci siamo fermati 4 giorni e vi assicuro che sono stati magnifici. L'appartamento era pulitissimo e santificato davanti ai nostri occhi con un macchinario apposito. Molto grande e con un bellissimo portico e con tanto di giardino per far giocare i ragazzi. La piscina è stupenda a forma di 8 e i gestori moglie e marito veramente gentili e sempre molto disponibili. Si trova circa a 1 km dal centro di Assisi. La posizione è ottima. Il nostro voto è 10, è veramente un angolo di paradiso...

Un agriturismo nel vero e proprio senso del termine, immerso nella natura, appartamenti puliti e molto spaziosi. La famiglia che gestisce la struttura è estremamente attenta alle esigenze degli ospiti e soprattutto, gentile e disponibile (i nostri bambini si sono sentiti come a casa). Purtroppo abbiamo avuto solo due giorni per godere del posto, ma ne è valsa decisamente la pena. Nota di merito alla cucina, solo prodotti del luogo di altissima qualità. Consigliatissimo.

Abbiamo pernottato due notti in un piccolo appartamento ben curato e molto pulito. Avevamo a disposizione un bel porticato con un bel prato davanti all'appartamento da dove la sera abbiamo ammirato un bellissimo cielo stellato. A chi viene come noi in settembre, é consigliato munirsi già di felpe e scarpe calde, perché ad Assisi inizia a far fresco. Nel bagno dell'appartamento non c'é il piano doccia, ma l'acqua resta comunque all'interno della tenda doccia. La pulizia della camera viene fatta ogni giorno. L'ospitalità é molto affettuosa da parte dei coniugi Luciana e Gianni. Nella colazione c'é sempre un dolce fatto in casa. Ci é mancato il cappuccino, forse manca una macchinetta da espresso come ormai hanno tutti, ma la proprietaria non ha mancato di rifarci la moka una seconda volta su nostra richiesta, finché non eravamo sazi di caffè. Siamo stati bene. C'é anche una bella piscina, che non abbiamo usato, ma che é molto pulita e situata in un bel posto con lettini e ombrelloni. Lo consigliamo a chi ama la natura, a chi ama il silenzio e la semplicità. Facile da raggiungere.
