You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Check-out before 10:00 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM
Municipal tax of €1.00 per person per night is applicable. Children aged under 15 do not pay municipal tax
Fresh towels every 2 days
Fresh sheets every 7 days
Rooms are cleaned every 1 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 9:00 AM
Final cleaning is included in the price
No meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms

Pets

Conditions for pets staying in this facility:
- Dogs of small size (short-haired) by prior agreement with the host
- Well-behaved, not aggressive or noisy, kept on a leash, pets may not sleep on beds, pets may not be left alone at the facility, pets should be with owners at all times

La prima colazione è sempre compresa nel prezzo, come l'utilizzo della piscina, e un posto auto privato. Presso il ristorante del nostro agriturismo è possibile pranzare e cenare con piatti e vini tipici del nostro territorio. Ci troviamo a Bardolino in posizione tranquilla e panoramica. Il centro di Bardolino dista 3 km ed è raggiungibile a piedi attraverso incantevoli sentieri con panorama mozzafiato, oppure, per chi preferisce la comodità, c'è un servizio di bus navetta.

Absolut liebenswerte Betreiber. Alles sehr liebevoll und auf Wohlfühlen der Gäste eingerichtet. Das einzige Manko war für uns das Fehlen eines Stöpsels für das Waschbecken - was dem absolut positiven Eindruck nicht wirklich mindert. Sehr empfehlenswert - würden wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Wir haben 2 Wochen im La Rocca verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine Ruheoase inmitten von Weinbergen, weg vom Trubel unten am See. Hier stimmt das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Auch was die eigenen Produkte, wie Wein und Öl betrifft. Die "gute Seele" des Hauses verwöhnt ihre Gäste jeden Tag mit selbst gebackenen Kuchen und verrät auch gerne ihre Rezepte. Gastfreundschaft wir hier groß geschrieben. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo soggiornato nella struttura e ci siamo trovati benissimo il luogo è meraviglioso, tranquillo e sereno. L'accoglienza è spettacolare con la signora Mari. I figli Marco e Stefano gentili a dir poco, le camere sono molto carine pulite e accoglienti. Vista mozzafiato e con punto di ristoro da voto 10. Grazie da Massimo e Alessandra ! Ritorneremo di sicuro!

Posizione ottima, assoluta tranquillità ma vicino ai centri storici, culturali e del divertimento. Mari è una perfetta padrona di casa che ti accoglie come se ti conoscesse da una vita, e sa consigliarti su i luoghi da visitare durante il soggiorno. Pulitissimo, curatissimo, e confortevole.
