Casamici is a charmingly restored farmhouse set within a spacious terraced garden of approximately 3,500 square meters, featuring fruit trees, olive trees, almond trees, and mulberry trees. Located just two kilometers from Sirolo and a short drive from Borgo San Lorenzo, it offers an excellent base for exploring the stunning landscapes of the Conero Park and is within a twenty to thirty-minute walk to the Sassi Neri beach.

The two rooms on the first floor—a double room and a twin room—come with private bathrooms and provide views of the countryside and the coast, offering picturesque and tranquil vistas. The interiors are tastefully decorated with a focus on reusing materials, and the entire house is powered by solar panels that supply hot water and electricity.

The panoramic veranda, which includes a small kitchenette, is the perfect spot for enjoying breakfast, unwinding, or sharing moments with friends and family. Guests have access to sun loungers, an umbrella, three bicycles, a barbecue, a washing machine, a refrigerator, and can enjoy the lush organic garden that supplies seasonal fruits and vegetables.

Casamici warmly welcomes small pets and, upon request, offers babysitting and dog-sitting services, including evening hours. Thanks to partnerships with local businesses, guests can participate in hiking excursions or take advantage of windsurfing lessons and rentals.

This accommodation is ideal for couples, families, or small groups of up to five people, with discounts available for stays longer than ten days.

Hey, I'm Marco

Hello, I'm Marco, and I've been living in this cozy home since 1989. I'm originally from Ancona, where I was born in 1962. I know the beautiful beaches of Conero very well, having spent over 30 years working in Portonovo as a boatman, lifeguard, and windsurfing instructor. Over time, circumstances and my personal growth led me to leave my beach job to focus on hospitality, opening the doors of the house I am fortunate enough to own. Today, environmental protection is becoming increasingly important, and I am committed to making the property as eco-friendly as possible. I firmly believe that exchanging experiences, ideas, and opinions is essential for making progress in this area. Therefore, I am always available to share information about the coastline and ways to explore it, whether you are my guests or not. I enjoy traveling at a leisurely pace and have a great passion for nature, music, and life in general. When conditions are favorable, I still venture out to sea with my windsurfing board; during the rest of the time, I tend to my garden, cultivate my vegetable patch, and indulge in my love for hands-on work. Having spent several years as a metalworker in Ancona's shipyards, I enjoy creating small projects, many of which decorate my home. Thank you for your attention, and I wish you a wonderful vacation. Let’s always remember to contribute to making the world a better place. Marco.

Area Campagna

Casamici is situated in a peaceful and strategic location, just a short walk from the charming village of San Lorenzo, which retains the simple allure of authentic places. Here, guests will find everything they need for their stay: a well-stocked grocery store, a homestyle trattoria where they can savor local dishes, and bus stops that conveniently connect both to the beaches of Conero and the city of Ancona, as well as other towns in the region.

Its proximity to the center of Sirolo, reachable in just a few minutes, allows visitors to enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the seaside village while still benefiting from the tranquility of the countryside. Thus, Casamici serves as the perfect starting point for a car-free vacation, where one can easily get around on foot or by public transportation.

The area offers numerous opportunities for exploration and adventure. Nature enthusiasts can traverse the trails of the Conero Park on foot or by mountain bike, discovering breathtaking views among forests, cliffs, and sea vistas.
