Nestled in the heart of Limonetto's historic center, our room is located within a beautifully restored old barn, providing an authentic and cozy atmosphere. Limonetto, situated at an altitude of 1,300 meters, is a quaint village surrounded by nature, along the ancient Via Romana, encircled by regional and national parks, and directly connected to the GTA trails, Via Alpina, and GR52a.

In the summer, the area is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts, featuring trails for mountain biking, trekking, and horseback riding. Just a few hundred meters away, there is a network of unpaved military roads that lead from Colle di Tenda to the Ligurian Riviera, tracing the French border. During winter, winter sports enthusiasts can enjoy alpine skiing at the Riserva Bianca resort, as well as snowshoeing and ski touring in the surrounding mountains.

Our double room includes a private bathroom and independent entrance, ensuring maximum privacy and convenience. Guests can unwind in a private garden, perfect for preparing breakfast independently. We gladly welcome dogs of all sizes (upon request), and there is a public parking area available nearby for convenience. Bicycles can easily access the garden.

We offer special half-board rates for hikers, cyclists, and travelers along the Via del Sale with a Club Alpino membership. For those needing additional accommodations, we recommend the nearby Country House Patatouc. This is the perfect getaway for anyone seeking nature, adventure, and relaxation in a warm, welcoming environment set in the Maritime Alps.

The location of Limonetto provides easy access to the main summer hiking trails, including the GTA route, the Via Alpina, and the GR52a. For those looking to enjoy short walks or spend a day in the mountains, there are various trails of different difficulties available, suitable even for less experienced hikers, starting right from your doorstep. In winter, snowshoe enthusiasts can explore beautiful snowy paths, while untouched slopes attract ski mountaineering fans. Additionally, Alpine skiing is possible thanks to the ski lift located just 500 meters from L'Abric (Riserva Bianca). It is IMPORTANT to note that access from Italy is possible by both road and train, while access from France is only allowed by train.
