The Green Guesthouse welcomes guests in a well-maintained and sustainable environment, nestled in the tranquility of the Langhe hills. The establishment features four rooms, one of which is accessible for individuals with reduced mobility, all equipped with private bathrooms. Shared spaces include a cozy lounge and a spacious courtyard, perfect for parking vehicles and enjoying moments of relaxation outdoors.

The building, dating back to the 1950s and renovated in 2006 and 2013, was designed to minimize environmental impact. Thanks to the photovoltaic system installed on the roof, the guesthouse generates enough energy to meet its annual needs, from air conditioning to hot water, lighting, and other services. Special emphasis is placed on waste separation and the selection of products with recyclable or compostable packaging. Guests are encouraged to contribute to environmental respect through small daily actions, such as mindful use of air conditioning, water, and cleaning products, and by reducing towel changes.

To ensure maximum arrival flexibility, an electronic access control system is available, allowing for self check-in starting at 2:00 PM, where guests can collect their personal card to access their reserved room. The facility is also equipped with video surveillance in common areas to enhance security while respecting privacy.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the premises, allowing guests to stay connected during their stay.

We welcome you to a rich and diverse breakfast, perfect for starting your day with energy! You can enjoy delicious jams, Nutella, cereals, cakes, pastries, fresh fruit, tea, coffee, and cappuccino. Additionally, you will have the chance to savor a selection of local artisanal cured meats and cheeses. Every morning, you can choose from three different menus right at our facility.

In each room, there is a minibar service featuring high-quality products carefully selected to delight your taste buds (please note that these products are for purchase).
