Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged for one night’s stay

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

One of the best B&B experiences in Italy. The hosts were very accommodating to our request and the covid-19 measures were carefully taken to make sure that you feel safe. The rooms were cleaned spotless. I wish we could have stayed for more days. Highly recommend!

Very kind and friendly hosts - perfect accommodation for bed/mattresses/pillows/air conditioning/cleanliness/en-suite bathroom/abundant courtesy products - one of the best B&Bs ever visited by a seasoned traveler (78 countries in 50 years).
