Description
Dedicated to those looking for a charming and relaxing stay in one of the typical old houses of an ancient town, set among the olive trees and the thick stone walls of the Liguria countryside.

Dedicated to those loving peace and nature, but also willing to enjoy the many available local attractions. Trekking on the hills to discover the dry but fascinating land of Liguria with its natural and architectonic treasures and its delicious food and wines, laying on the beach and playing water sports in the sea which is only 4 km away.

Dedicated to those willing to discover all the towns and villages of the “Riviera dei Fiori” and the many entertainments they may offer, with golf and horse courses only 15 km far and the many events, including theatre and music festivals, which take place in Cervo, Villa Faraldi, Dolceacqua, Apricale, and Borgio Verezzi.

Dedicated to those being fascinated by the glamour of jet-set and ready to join each party on the coast or, with a 30 minutes drive, those set in Alassio, Sanremo and Montecarlo.

Guests have access to the main self laundry area. Mountain bikes, ping pong, people soccer fields and parking for each lodge are also available.

Beaches and the sea are just 4 km away and are easy reachable by bike. You can organise your green holiday through week- end or weekly stays. You can also choose the bed & breakfast formula which includes, with a small extra-price, a basket full of all you may need for your breakfast, that you’ll enjoy in your house.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 60 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 90% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

We had a wonderful stay in this very charming bed and breakfast. The apartment "I Freschi" was very well equipped and furnished with a lot of love for the details. It is located on the hillside just a 5 minutes drive outside San Bartolomeo al Mare.

Ein sehr freundlicher Empfang. Der Ort ist sehr schön, die Häuser originell restauriert, phantasievoll und auch zweckmässig mit allem Nötigen versehen. Wirklich sehr schön. Wir haben uns gleich sofort wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen wieder.
