Description Video
Villa Paggi country house, a few minutes drive from the beaches of the Ligurian Riviera, is a small and cozy structure where guests will feel at home, surrounded by discreet attention. We have renovated an old Ligurian stone farmhouse, where once extra virgin olive oil was produced. We have added solar panels for the production of hot water and electricity, tanks for rainwater recovery to irrigate our garden. Our bed and breakfast offers professional service, a refined and familiar environment, spacious and bright rooms with private bathroom and every comfort. Villa Paggi is an excellent starting point for trips to discover the inland parks, but also to visit Genoa, the Riviera di Levante with Portofino and the Cinque Terre.

Conditions

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 30 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 29 to 8 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 30% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 7 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

We had a short break in this adorable country house. Perhaps it was the off-season or the strange situation we have all been living lately, but being the only guests there during our 4-day stay. We felt like the place was all ours, which for us was fantastic. We had the 2-bedroom apartment plus a private terrace with breathtaking views. We visited many places by car (Portofino, Genova) and others by train (CINQUE TERRE/LA SPEZIA), all easily reachable from the structure. Alessandra and her husband were wonderful hosts and would definitely recommend their beautiful country house to friends and family.

Very well located and well-kept B&B. Alessandra was very warm and provided us with a lot of information/tips and recommendations for activities and restaurants. It's a beautiful spot in Liguria to explore and the B&B comes highly recommended. It's a bit off the beaten path, but also very suitable for a relaxing day in the beautiful garden.

We stayed 3 nights in this location and we can only recommend it without problems. Every aspect is endorsed without hesitation. Everything is beautiful, the structure, the rooms, the view, even the blonde lady who tidies up the rooms. The owners are very helpful and pleasant people to chat with. Very attentive to cleanliness and hygiene in every situation. The breakfast room is very nice and the food offered is good and varied, from sweets to cakes to small surprises every different day. Yes, the road is not the best but just go slowly and be careful and there are no problems. We stayed with the holiday bonus but we were pampered as if we were long-time customers. We will definitely come back.

Very beautiful structure, splendid views. The managers are very friendly and reliable, and the apartment is spacious and comfortable, and the highlight is the large terrace. The location is also excellent, which, despite being elevated, allows you to reach the main coastal towns in 10 minutes. It would be nice to come back in autumn to see how the panorama changes.

Beautiful structure on the hills near Chiavari with a fantastic view from our room. Spacious room, comfortable bed, the welcome was very friendly. Bellissimo B&B in posizione tranquilla in collina, luogo ideale per rilassarsi ma strategico per visitare Chiavari e Sestri Levante. Da provare per l'ottima accoglienza, la disponibilità a raccontarci e spiegare cosa visitare e degustare nei dintorni. La struttura è nuova, con una bella vista panoramica; la sera sembra di vedere dai finestrini di un aereo fino al mare. La colazione, preparata con prodotti preparati in casa, dai dolci alla frutta - è una grande soddisfazione, da provare.

Ottima accoglienza. Gestori gentili e pronti a dare consigli. Camera grande e luminosa, arredata con gusto. Zona colazione molto piacevole e rilassante. Le foto in bianco e nero di attori che sorseggiano caffè tiene compagnia e fa sentire un po’ “personaggi” mentre la musica di sottofondo aiuta a partire bene! Unica “pecca” la mancanza di caffè espresso! Consiglio Villa Paggi a tutti coloro che intendono spendere qualche giorno in Liguria in un antico frantoio ristrutturato!

Struttura molto bella che sa conciliare antico e moderno. Vecchio frantoio interamente ristrutturato con gusto rispettando l'ambiente. I proprietari sono gentili e competenti. Unico "difetto" (per me un pregio) è la posizione non proprio comoda per il mare.

Sono rimasta piacevolmente stupita dalle attenzioni che i due proprietari riservano ai loro ospiti. Al nostro arrivo il proprietario ci ha fornito mappe e guide dettagliate per visitare le maggiori attrazioni turistiche. La colazione offerta era composta da torte squisite e marmellate preparate da Gianluca. Curata è anche la pulizia delle camere. La disponibilità, la gentilezza e la cortesia dei due proprietari hanno scandito la nostra permanenza presso Villa Paggi. Consiglio assolutamente questa struttura.
