Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)
Deposit: The deposit paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show.

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Check-in from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Check-out before 9:30 AM
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM
Municipal tax of €0.50 per person per night is applicable up to 7 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 13 do not pay municipal tax
Only first linen change is provided
Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €100.00
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €100.00
Rooms cleaning is not provided during the stay
Final cleaning has a mandatory additional cost of 390.00 € per
oom/accomodation
Extra room cleaning is available at a cost of €120.00
