Villa Rosalorè

Villa Rosalorè is an elegant residence featuring a saltwater pool, nestled in greenery and just a few minutes away from the stunning beaches of Ugento. Inspired by traditional Apulian farmhouses and enhanced with carefully sourced decorative elements, it beautifully blends the charm of tradition with a minimalistic and contemporary style. The outdoor areas are designed to highlight the surrounding olive grove and include a stylish sun terrace with loungers and chairs, a covered veranda for alfresco dining, and an outdoor cooking area complete with a masonry barbecue.

Inside, bright spaces with light tones welcome you into a spacious open-plan area that combines a dining room, living area, and industrial-style kitchen, along with a guest bathroom featuring laundry facilities. The bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged: one master bedroom and one with a French bed, both boasting en-suite bathrooms, as well as two additional master bedrooms sharing a common bathroom, one of which includes a visible shower. An external staircase leads to the annex, which consists of a living-kitchen area, two master bedrooms, and a bathroom, plus a small private outdoor space.

The villa offers 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, autonomous heating and cooling air conditioning, Wi-Fi connection, washing machine, dishwasher, covered parking, automatic gate, water softener, and an outdoor shower. It can accommodate up to 13 guests and is equipped to ensure a stay focused on relaxation and comfort. The upper floor is accessible to individuals with reduced mobility via a ramp. The entire property is for exclusive use, and hosting parties or unauthorized external guests is not permitted.

Ugento, with its historic center and all necessary amenities, is just 2 km away, while the beaches of Torre San Giovanni are 8 km distant, featuring equipped beach clubs, seafood restaurants, and a lively promenade. Nearby are also Lido Marini and Gallipoli, easily reachable by car thanks to convenient road access. The pool is open from April 1st to October 31st, weather permitting.
