Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)
Deposit: The deposit paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show.

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.
Rules of the house
Check-in from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Check-out before 10:00 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM
Municipal tax of €1.00 per person per night is applicable. Children aged under 10 do not pay municipal tax

Rooms are cleaned every 7 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 9:00 AM

Pets
Conditions for pets staying in this facility:
- pets of small size by prior agreement with the host
- Well-behaved, not aggressive or noisy, kept on a leash, with pet passport, pets may not sleep on beds, pets may not be left alone at the facility, pets should be with owners at all times
- Garden
- Pet damage deposit: 200.00 €

A Mediterranean villa, located on a panoramic hilly area, with a stunning, total view on the sea to the sout (1,3 km only). Near to Semaforo di Capo Sperone, a scenic and popular monument. The sea is the protagonist, along with history (we are at the very center of an archeological area), the unspoiled nature, and the countryside with the fragrant Mediterranean vegetation.
