Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)
The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation - from time of booking to 31 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged; - from 30 to 14 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking; - from 13 to 7 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking; - from 6 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking; - A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;
Payment terms
Balance to be paid at check-in For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

A Mediterranean villa, located on a panoramic hilly area, with a stunning, total view on the sea to the sout (1,3 km only). Near to Semaforo di Capo Sperone, a scenic and popular monument. The sea is the protagonist, along with history (we are at the very center of an archeological area), the unspoiled nature, and the countryside with the fragrant Mediterranean vegetation. Opportunities for excursions, trekking, sea activities, sports en plein air, or simple relaxation and tasty food & wines.
Mrs. Dora and her husband welcomed us with great sympathy and professionalism. The location on the hill with a stunning view, cool climate, and ideal for those seeking peace and tranquility. Our room equipped with a new kitchen is very comfortable for those like us with children. Well-kept and very welcoming structure. Collaborators very helpful during breakfast. It's like being at home. I highly recommend it.
