Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)
You may cancel your booking up to 61 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking
Payment terms
Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Check-out before 11:00 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 8:30 AM to 11:00 AM
No municipal tax will be charged
Fresh towels every 3 days
Fresh sheets every 3 days
Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €25.00
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €40.00
Rooms are cleaned every 1 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 9:30 AM
Final cleaning is included in the price
Extra room cleaning is available at a cost of €20.00
No meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms
Pets
Conditions for pets staying in this facility:
- pets of any size by prior agreement with the host
- Well-behaved, not aggressive or noisy, kept on a leash, with pet passport, pets may not sleep on beds, pets should be with owners at all times
- Garden, dog sitter, pet bed, bowl
- A daily cost of 20 € is due per pet with a one-time additional cost of 50 € for final cleaning
- Pet damage deposit: 50.00 €
Other notes
Due to the current situation generated by COVID, our booking and cancellation policy is flexible and oriented to ensure that the guest, in case of unexpected events and changes, depending on the situation, does not lose his money, paid as a deposit or balance.
Therefore you can change the dates of your stay in the year in which you booked and, if it is not possible, you can enjoy your stay in the following year, agreeing the dates.
