Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)
You may cancel your booking up to 15 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded
Payment terms

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.
Rules of the house
Check-in from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Check-out before 10:00 AM
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM
Municipal tax of €1.00 per person per night is applicable up to 5 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 12 do not pay municipal tax
Only first linen change is provided
Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €6.00
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €12.00
Rooms cleaning is not provided during the stay
Final cleaning is included in the price
Meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms
Pets
Conditions for pets staying in this facility:
- pets of medium-small size by prior agreement with the host
- With pet passport, pets may not sleep on beds, pets may not be left alone at the facility, pets should be with owners at all times
- Garden
- A one-time additional cost of 25 € for final cleaning
- Pet damage deposit: 100.00 €
Other notes
If you are interested to confirm your reservation, a deposit of 30% will be required.
In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be returned, but it can be used in another period.
