Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)
You may cancel your booking up to 255 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking
Payment terms
Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.
Rules of the house
Check-in from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM
Check-out before 10:00 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM
Municipal tax of €3.00 per person per night is applicable up to 4 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 12 do not pay municipal tax
Fresh towels every 7 days
Fresh sheets every 7 days
Rooms cleaning is not provided during the stay
Final cleaning is included in the price
No meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms
Pets
Conditions for pets staying in this facility:
- Dogs, cats of medium-small size (short-haired) by prior agreement with the host
- Well-behaved, not aggressive or noisy, kept on a leash, with pet passport, pets may not sleep on beds, pets may not be left alone at the facility, pets should be with owners at all times, pets are not allowed in communal spaces, pets must stay in their own cage or carrier
- Garden
- A daily cost of 15 € is due per pet
