Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)
You may cancel your booking up to 255 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.
Rules of the house
Check-in from 3:30 PM to 7:00 PM
Check-out before 10:00 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM
Municipal tax of €1.50 per person per night is applicable up to 4 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 14 do not pay municipal tax
Fresh towels every 4 days
Fresh sheets every 7 days
Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €10.00

Rooms cleaning is not provided during the stay
Final cleaning is included in the price
Extra room cleaning is available at a cost of €70.00

Pets
Conditions for pets staying in this facility:
- pets of medium-small size by prior agreement with the host
- Well-behaved, not aggressive or noisy, kept on a leash, with pet passport, pets may not be left alone at the facility, pets should be with owners at all times
- Garden
- A one-time additional cost of 35 € for final cleaning
