Hey, I'm Francesca

My name is Francesca, and I am the owner of the B&B Abruzzo Segreto, located in the heart of the charming medieval village of Navelli, famous for its exceptional saffron. At our establishment, you will have the chance to immerse yourself in a completely relaxing atmosphere: you can enjoy the silence, listen to good music, play the piano or guitar available for you, read an engaging book, practice birdwatching in our park, or simply wander through the picturesque stone alleys of the Old Town of Navelli, surrounded by beautiful flowers, scents, and colors.

Area Centro

The enchanting medieval village of Navelli is ideally located for discovering a wide array of historical, cultural, natural, and culinary attractions in Abruzzo. Among the must-visit sites are Calascio, Santo Stefano di Sessanio, Casteldelmonte, Campo Imperatore, Bominaco, Capestrano, the Necropolis of Fossa, Alba Fucens, Amiternum, Fontecchio, the Stiffe Caves, and the beautiful lakes of Campotosto, Capodaqua, and Scanno, as well as the Tirino River.

There are plenty of opportunities to indulge in local culinary delights: from Navelli's saffron and chickpeas to the lentils of Santo Stefano, from cicerchie to Casteldelmonte's canestrato cheese, from Aquila's caciofiore to Campotosto's mortadella, not to mention meat and liver sausages, artisanal liquors, Paganica beans, turquoise potatoes, snowflake potatoes, Appennine honey, and solina wheat flour. A trip to Navelli is an experience that engages all the senses!
