Perched on a hill with a panoramic view of the majestic Monte Velino, it offers genuine and comfortable hospitality in a newly constructed environment, carefully decorated and equipped with all modern conveniences.
The rooms are spacious and bright, each featuring a private bathroom, with one specifically designed for guests with disabilities. Common areas include a large lounge with a fireplace, ideal for socializing, a well-equipped kitchen, and a portico overlooking the shaded garden, perfect for relaxing outdoors. On the first floor, accessible via an external staircase, there is a veranda, three additional rooms, and a small kitchenette.
Breakfast features organic products, including locally produced honey and homemade pastries, served in the lounge or under the portico. For larger groups, the property is available for self-management, providing exclusive use of the large kitchen, the lounge with the fireplace, and five rooms, accommodating up to 15 guests.
The farmhouse's strategic location allows for the exploration of numerous natural trails, perfect for walking, trekking, and mountain biking through the surrounding valleys and mountains. Just a few minutes away are the Sirente Velino Regional Park, the Monti della Duchessa Reserve with its stunning lake, and the Zompo lo Schioppo Reserve, home to the highest waterfall in the Apennines. History and art enthusiasts can visit charming towns such as Tagliacozzo, Celano with its impressive castle, and the archaeological site of Alba Fucens. In winter, the ski slopes of Ovindoli and Campo Felice are reachable in about 25 minutes.
Thanks to its proximity to the A24 and A25 highway exits, it’s easy to venture out to discover other fascinating towns and parks in Abruzzo.
