Two units on the first floor boast a terrace with views of the Majella, while those on the ground floor open onto a wooden-decked veranda, ideal for outdoor gatherings. Surrounding the property is a courtyard furnished with deck chairs, swings, and a barbecue, inviting guests to relax in nature.
