The house features two double bedrooms, equipped with linens, towels of various sizes, a hairdryer, shower kit, iron, drying rack, dishwasher, refrigerator, and TV. Upon prior request, additional beds or a crib for infants can be provided. The interior spaces include a bathroom with a bidet, a spacious living room, and a terrace that surrounds the entire property, accessible from every room, along with an outdoor kitchen ideal for al fresco lunches and dinners.

Outside, you will find a 4x8 meter swimming pool, 1.5 meters deep, furnished with sun loungers and an umbrella for moments of pure relaxation. There is a private parking area for the utmost convenience of guests. Every morning, a breakfast is served that includes coffee, croissants, jam, and fruit juices.
