La Casa di Pan

Pan's House welcomes guests in San Martino Bassa, within the area of Città Sant’Angelo, conveniently located for easy access to both the Abruzzo coastline and the inland areas. The rooms are well-maintained and practical, designed to ensure a comfortable stay with complete independence.

Each accommodation includes a private bathroom, air conditioning, heating, a desk, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi connection, refrigerator, and coffee machine. Guests are also provided free of charge with water, snacks, coffee capsules, and complimentary toiletries. The property also features a room accessible for guests with reduced mobility and a family-friendly option consisting of a room with an adjoining small bedroom, suitable for up to four people.

Entry is facilitated through a convenient self check-in system, allowing guests to arrive independently from 2:00 PM onwards throughout the evening, without the need to arrange a key handover appointment. Prior to arrival, all necessary information for easy and independent access to the property is sent to guests.

Although there is no reception desk, Monica remains available remotely via phone, WhatsApp, or messaging to offer assistance, local information, or support during the stay.

Free street parking is available nearby. Upon request, subject to availability and an extra charge, a parking space within the private fenced area is also offered, which includes a charging station for electric vehicles.

The location allows easy access to Montesilvano beach, about 3 km away, as well as the historic center of Città Sant’Angelo, a charming Abruzzo village full of narrow streets, historic buildings, and scenic views. The A14 motorway exit at Pescara Nord is approximately 1.3 km away, while Pescara city, its train station, and Abruzzo Airport are all easily reachable. The surrounding area offers restaurants, bars, shops, and shopping centers, making Pan's House a convenient choice for both leisure stays and short stopovers.
