New structure, but with spider webs especially between the windows and the shutters of the bathroom that are never opened. The single beds are small. However, the welcome is very good. Nothing to say about the person who takes care of the place. Available and kind.

The structure is recent, comfortable, clean, and in a fairly strategic position to reach the Gran Sasso and other locations. Fiorella is very kind and helpful. Breakfast, due to covid, is packaged.

Great location for visiting the Gran Sasso and especially Monte Velino and surroundings, not to mention L'Aquila. Very large room equipped with everything. Exquisite staff.

Clean and welcoming structure, helpful owner, fair prices. During my last stay, I had a problem, not related to the structure or accommodation, and they immediately made an effort to help me solve it.

The rooms are well finished and very clean, the place is very beautiful and well-kept, the guys are really welcoming and very good, I will definitely come back.

Super friendly and helpful host. Well-kept property, practically all new and clean. Impeccable linens. For breakfast, I would have preferred something fresh as well, not just packaged. But the whole situation was a bit peculiar, it worked out fine like that. I recommend adding a courtesy set in the room. Hi Daniela, see you soon.

Sono appena tornata dopo un, purtroppo breve, soggiorno con il mio compagno in questo posto meraviglioso. Gentilezza, pulizia, ordine e calore umano sono le sensazioni che mi sono portata dietro. La voglia è di tornare al più presto, magari in inverno con la neve, a ricaricare l'anima, il cuore e la vista. Lo consiglio caldamente.
