Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)
You may cancel your booking up to 15 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 25% of the total cost of the booking
Payment terms
Balance to be paid at check-out
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.
Rules of the house
Check-in from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Check-out before 10:00 AM
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM
Municipal tax of €0.80 per person per night is applicable. Children aged under 13 do not pay municipal tax
Only first linen change is provided
Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €5.00
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €10.00
Rooms are cleaned every 1 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 9:00 AM
Final cleaning is included in the price
Extra room cleaning is available at a cost of €10.00
No meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms
Pets
Conditions for pets staying in this facility:
- Dogs of medium-small size
- Well-behaved, not aggressive or noisy, kept on a leash, pets may not sleep on beds, pets may not be left alone at the facility, pets should be with owners at all times
- Garden
- A one-time additional cost of 5 € for final cleaning
- Pet damage deposit: 30.00 €

Essendo il nostro un agriturismo collegato ad azienda agricola adiacente con allevamento di animali e cani pastori che in certe ore del giorno sono liberi per svolgere il loro lavoro, chiediamo ai gentili clienti di tenere i loro compagni a quattro zampe sempre sorvegliati e ben controllati,essendo il nostro agriturismo dotato di tre camere quadruple,si chiede gentilmente alla clientela di non fare salire i cani sui letti anche (e soprattutto) se vuoti ,pena un supplemento per cambio lenzuola
