Located on the first floor of an elegant family home that contains eight residential units, Maison des Sizes is a spacious 100 square meter apartment, perfect for families or groups of friends. The inviting and well-maintained space features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a room that can be used as an office or study, a dining kitchen, and a bright living room with a large window offering stunning views of Mont Blanc.

Once the primary residence of the owners, the apartment comes equipped with all modern amenities, including a TV, DVD player, and a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, convection oven, gas stove, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and mini food processor. Guests will also find blankets, comforters, pillows, rugs, and kitchen textiles, as well as an iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, and washing machine. The first bathroom includes a shower, sink, and toilet, while the second bathroom features a bathtub-shower combination, double sink, toilet, and drying rack.

With wooden finishes and tastefully decorated, the apartment combines the warm charm typical of mountain homes with a modern and cozy atmosphere. The independent GPL gas heating and continuous hot water ensure a comfortable stay in any season. Additionally, there is a covered porch and a private parking space.

Nestled in the charming village of Derby-Villaret, a peaceful and lush mountain corner within the municipality of La Salle, this location serves as the perfect starting point for a wide range of outdoor activities. You can discover beautiful tourist attractions in the vicinity or enjoy the nearby ski resorts of Courmayeur and La Thuile, both just 15 km away. Additionally, the famous thermal baths of Pré-Saint-Didier are located only 8 km from here.

The bus stop for the Aosta - Courmayeur line is conveniently situated just 250 meters away.

Hiking trails and marked ultra-trail routes begin right from the village, providing an excellent opportunity for nature enthusiasts.

We would like to inform our future guests that at the back of the house, there is our family workshop. While it does not cause any disturbance, we believe it is important to mention it.
