This was a very nice apartment in a peaceful setting situated at the top of a hill with wonderful views over the coastline. All the furniture and fixtures and fittings in the apartment were modern and brand new. The owner/manager of the property was very friendly and helpful. One drawback was the lack of any bedside lamps. It also would have been nice to have a shelf in the shower for placing soap etc.

Wir haben uns bei Frau Luiga und in dem Appartment sehr wohl gefühlt. Super auch die guten Moskito-Gitter an allen Türen + Fenstern - und sie süßen Katzen im Garten.

Relaxing holiday, well-maintained structure a few kilometers from the beaches and the center of Mattinata. Marialuigia is very welcoming and helpful for every need. Recommended.

Thank you for everything, dear Maria Luigia. Rolf and I with our Maremma Abruzzese Shepherd dog had a great time in your apartment. Having breakfast in mid-November on the terrace with a homemade cake is beautiful - the oranges picked from the tree in the garden are wonderful - the apartment was very clean - the olive oil we bought is delicious - the personal guide service to your B&B was very friendly.
