Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 7 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 6 to 3 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 30% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 2 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-out
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Etablissement très proche d'un hôtel tout est très professionnel. Dommage que la piscine ferme à 18h, car après une journée de visite on aimerait se détendre...

Adresse à retenir et à conseiller, prestations dignent d'un 4 étoiles ****, le personnel est très sympathique, très professionnel et à notre service. Le jardin est magnifique, bien entretenu, la piscine est superbe, la chambre est très fonctionnel, très bien pensée et très confortable, la voiture rentre dans le parking sécurisé, bref que dire de plus.

Avrei voluto inserire 11 ma sembrerebbe che sono di parte, invece è tutto reale, non mi sarei mai aspettato di trovare un hotel a 4 stelle invece di un b&b. Complimenti per tutto.

Abbiamo soggiornato dal 5 agosto 2015 al 5 settembre, siamo stati contentissimo di tutto, i gestori carinissima e gentilissimi. Ci hanno fatto sentire proprio a casa nostra. la posizione è buona per potersi spostare in diverse località sia di mare sia per fare visite culturali. Sicuramente ci torneremo, magari l'anno prossimo. Grazie a Walter al papà Giuseppe e alla mamma Anna. A presto!

Abbiamo soggiornato per 2 notti in questa nuova ed amena struttura, comoda per visitare la zona di nostro interesse (Massafra, Matera, Taranto, ecc). Noi abbiamo occupato la camera "Nature" molto comoda e silenziosa. Gentilezza e disponibilità del gestore.
