The ancient stone star vaults, traditional Apulian paving, and the old well create an authentic and enchanting atmosphere, surrounded by the scents of centuries-old olive trees and citrus groves.

The five rooms of the B&B, converted from the old stable and barn, retain the charm of Salento's rural residences, featuring private entrances and names inspired by nature. Two of the rooms come with a private patio for outdoor relaxation. All accommodations include a private bathroom, air conditioning, heating, a TV, Wi-Fi, a refrigerator, and a hairdryer. Breakfast, served in a cozy room beneath stone vaults, offers homemade delights, with Italian options and English options available upon request.

Just 500 meters from the property lies Carovigno, famous for its Nzegna tradition, with its medieval castle and typical Easter events. Nearby, guests can explore the Adriatic beaches, the Torre Guaceto nature reserve, and the renowned Ostuni, known as the "White City." In just a few minutes by car, visitors can also reach the Fasano Zoo Safari and numerous villages and restaurants to enjoy authentic Apulian cuisine.

The Demetra Bed & Breakfast is located in the countryside of Carovigno, in a prime spot that combines the tranquility of the Salento landscape with proximity to some of the most captivating sites in Puglia. Just 500 meters away lies the historic center of Carovigno, dominated by its medieval castle and famous for the age-old Nzegna festival, a popular celebration associated with Easter, featuring flag-wavers who have passed down their craft through generations.

Surrounding the property is a typically Mediterranean landscape filled with ancient olive trees and fragrant citrus groves that create stunning vistas.
