Nestled in the quiet and the authentic scents of the Murgia Barese, Il Trulletto invites guests into a natural setting of gentle green hills, fresh air, and ancient olive trees, creating an atmosphere of peace and relaxation, far from the daily hustle and bustle. Its strategic location allows for easy access to some of the most enchanting destinations in Puglia, such as Alberobello, the Zoosafari of Fasano, the Castellana Caves, and the beautiful coves and beaches of Capitolo and Monopoli, as well as the charming villages of the Murgian hinterland.

Staying in a trullo offers an authentic and captivating experience. This historic trullo from the 18th century has been fully renovated, preserving the local architectural traditions while combining original charm with modern comforts. The interiors feature dome ceilings and conical roofs, thick stone walls that naturally keep the space cool in summer and pleasantly warm in winter, along with niches carved into the walls that serve both functional and decorative purposes.

The trullo includes a cozy living room with a fireplace, a table and wrought iron chairs, and distinctive stone niches. Adjacent to the living area, separated by a lovely opening in the wall, is the master bedroom equipped with integrated wardrobes and thoughtfully designed spaces for practicality and comfort. From the living room, a charming stone arch leads to the kitchen, which, while small, is fully equipped with everything needed, including a coffee machine, refrigerator, and breakfast accessories.

In addition to the trullo, the property features three modern, independent guest rooms that are tastefully furnished, each with a private bathroom, air conditioning, TV, and mini-fridge. The rooms are interconnected, making them an ideal option for families or groups wishing to share space while maintaining privacy.

Outside, guests can enjoy a spacious private parking area with a gate, relaxing spots immersed in the countryside, perfect for refreshing walks, as well as a wood-fired oven and barbecue for delightful outdoor gatherings. This authentic stay in the heart of the Apulian countryside harmoniously blends tradition, nature, and hospitality.

Il Trulletto

Area Campagna

Nestled in the heart of the Murgia Barese, Il Trulletto is located in one of the most genuine and picturesque areas of Puglia, where the landscape features gentle hills, sprawling ancient olive groves, dry stone walls, and tranquil countryside that preserves the charm of rural tradition. Here, time seems to slow down, allowing guests to enjoy a stay characterized by peace, natural rhythms, and the characteristic scents of the Apulian land.

The location serves as an ideal starting point to discover some of the region's most iconic destinations. Just a few kilometers away lies Alberobello, a UNESCO World Heritage site famous worldwide for its unique trulli. Nearby, visitors can explore the stunning Castellana Caves, one of the most significant karst systems in Italy. Families and nature enthusiasts can easily access the Zoosafari in Fasano, one of the largest wildlife parks in Europe.

In less than half an hour by car, the Adriatic coast can be reached, featuring renowned seaside resorts such as Monopoli and Capitolo, known for their crystal-clear waters, sandy coves, and cliffs shaped by the sea. Here, there are equipped beach establishments, public beaches, and small hidden spots perfect for those seeking relaxation and breathtaking views.

The surrounding countryside also offers many historic villages to discover, fortified farmhouses, rural churches, and nature trails ideal for hiking, cycling, or gastronomic tours to explore local flavors. This area is famous for its production of extra virgin olive oil, Apulian wines, and typical specialties that reflect a simple and authentic culinary tradition.

The Murgia countryside presents different sceneries in every season: fragrant, blooming springs, bright and breezy summers, autumns rich in warm colors, and mild winters that make for a pleasant stay throughout the year. It is an authentic territory, far from mass tourism, capable of providing genuine experiences amidst nature, culture, and local traditions.
