The Dimora di Angiò is an exclusive villa nestled in the tranquility of the countryside in Polignano a Mare, just 5 km from the historic center and the stunning cliffs that make this Apulian destination famous. Surrounded by olive trees and fruit trees—such as cherry, persimmon, lemon, apricot, and fig trees—it provides an authentic and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for those looking to escape their routine while still being close to major tourist attractions.

The property consists of two independent units, each with separate but connecting entrances, accommodating up to nine guests in total. Each unit features a fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine with accessories, furnished verandas, and a relaxation terrace with a gazebo. The spacious outdoor areas include a fenced parking lot and a barbecue area for enjoyable outdoor gatherings.

Inside, the spaces blend the rustic style of Apulian tradition with modern comforts. The living area, complete with a fireplace and dining space, creates a cozy atmosphere in every season. Air conditioning, hairdryer, iron, and all necessary amenities are available to ensure a comfortable stay for guests.

The villa’s location is ideal for exploring Puglia: nearby attractions include the Castellana Caves, the beaches of Monopoli, the Trulli of Alberobello, the Zoosafari in Fasano, and the White City of Ostuni. For stays of at least one week, the owner Giuseppe—a gastronomy teacher and passionate chef—offers guests a traditional “Apulia Food” dinner right at the villa, allowing them to discover the authentic flavors of local cuisine.

Every morning, a breakfast selection is available, featuring coffee pods, milk, pastries, toasted bread, jams, spreads, tea, and herbal infusions. A stay at the Dimora di Angiò means experiencing Puglia at a leisurely pace, surrounded by nature, the sea, and culinary traditions.
Rooms and Rates
Breakfast is designed to provide guests with a simple and enjoyable awakening, featuring a pod coffee machine, milk, pastries, toasted bread, jams, spreads, tea, and herbal infusions. Everything is available directly in the villa, allowing guests to enjoy it independently, perhaps outdoors among the olive trees and the fragrance of fruit trees.
The Dimora di Angiò does not have an on-site restaurant, but the manager, Giuseppe, an expert chef and food and wine educator, provides guests who stay for a week or more with a traditional Apulian dinner served right at the villa. Additionally, there are many restaurants and trattorias nearby where visitors can enjoy local specialties such as orecchiette, fresh fish, and regional products.

Area Campagna

The Dimora di Angiò is situated in the countryside of Polignano a Mare, in the heart of one of the most picturesque areas of Puglia, where the rural landscape meets the crystal-clear waters of the Adriatic Sea. The region is marked by a countryside dotted with ancient olive trees, fruit trees, and traditional white stone farmhouses, which create an authentic and relaxing atmosphere.

Just a few minutes from the villa, you can reach the historic center of Polignano a Mare, renowned for its white houses perched on cliffs, marine caves, and charming sandy and pebble coves. Strolling through the narrow streets, you'll discover flower-filled balconies, artisan shops, and restaurants serving traditional Puglian cuisine with panoramic sea views.

Nearby, you can find some of the most famous attractions in the region: the spectacular Castellana Caves, a unique karst complex; the Trulli of Alberobello, a UNESCO World Heritage site; the golden beaches and clear waters of Monopoli; the Zoosafari in Fasano, perfect for a fun family day out; and the enchanting Ostuni, known as the "White City," with its historic village perched on a hill.

This location is ideal for gastronomic itineraries through olive oil mills and wineries, nature trails for biking or hiking, and relaxing days by the sea. Although nestled in the tranquility of the countryside, the area is well-connected to major transport routes, making it easy to explore the entire Itria Valley and the Adriatic coast of Puglia.
