Its historic center features a network of white alleys and typical courtyards known as “gnostre,” quiet and intimate spaces that once served as the center of daily life and now host various events and activities. Among these, “Bacco nelle gnostre” is one of the most anticipated events of the year: a celebration dedicated to local flavors, featuring new wine, traditional products, and music, which turns Noci into a lively showcase of Puglia’s culinary delights.

In addition to the beauty of the town, the surrounding area offers numerous attractions to visit: the Chiesa Madre, around which the city developed, the picturesque Chiesetta di Barsento overlooking the Pirro canal, and the Benedictine Abbey of Madonna della Scala, nestled in greenery.
