Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 20 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 19 to 15 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 30% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 14 to 7 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 60% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 6 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 80% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Accueil plus que chaleureux à l'arrivée et lors de notre séjour. La Masseria est tout simplement magnifique. Ce voyage nous a permis de nous reposer et nous ressourcer. Idéal pour passer de bonnes vacances. Encore merci.

With my family, we spent a fantastic week immersed in the peace of Masseria Asciano, surrounded by wonderful olive trees, in the company of our Labrador, in an apartment with a closed patio where she could roam freely, with super comfortable outdoor showers and especially a hose to wash our dog when we returned from the sea. Mrs. Maria is very welcoming, as well as her cute four-legged friends. Exceptional location halfway between the city of Ostuni and the sea, and about half an hour from many must-see places: Cisternino, Polignano, Alberobello, Monopoli, and Locorotondo. We visited them all! Highly recommended.

We treated ourselves to a week-long experience in this beautiful Masseria Asciano. We were impressed by the hospitality, sunny and helpful people, who made us feel at home. Beautiful place and very well-kept where it is impossible not to breathe the real Apulia. Walking among the ancient olive trees and relaxing by the pool was truly regenerating, for these and other reasons we decided to extend our stay. A holiday to remember and definitely a place to come back to. Many thanks to all the staff and a special one to Maria Teresa for our coffees with the "3" C.

A pochi km da Ostuni, ottima struttura per trascorrere un periodo di vacanza all'insegna del relax. Accoglienza eccezionale da parte dei titolari (madre e figlia) e location curata nei minimi particolari. Prima colazione abbondante e di qualità.
