Perched at an altitude of 280 meters on Monte Carluccio and surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, it offers stunning views of the Monti di Santa Teresa and Monte San Nicola. The elegant atmosphere is enhanced by vintage furnishings and pastel shades, creating welcoming and harmonious spaces.

The villa features a dining room, a kitchen, three double bedrooms, and three bathrooms, providing ample space and privacy for families or groups of friends. Outside, a spacious garden and a private swimming pool with a sunbathing area, barbecue, dining zone, and hot shower offer opportunities for pure relaxation. The pool, with a depth of only 115 cm, is also suitable for children and non-swimmers. The green areas are home to olive trees, carob trees, and aromatic plants, along with a section dedicated to animals.

Its location is strategic for exploring the most picturesque spots in Puglia and Basilicata. In just a few minutes, guests can reach the beaches of Monopoli, the coast of Polignano a Mare, the trulli of Alberobello, the Castellana Caves, and the ZooSafari in Fasano. Nature enthusiasts can explore the trails of the Acquedotto Pugliese or take leisurely walks on Monte San Nicola.

We are just a few kilometers from Monopoli, a coastal town renowned for its historic center filled with churches and charming alleyways, as well as its long sandy beaches interspersed with rocky coves lapped by crystal-clear waters.

Not far away is Polignano a Mare, famous for its cliffs that rise steeply above the water and its sea caves, perfect for boat excursions and scenic walks. Alberobello, a UNESCO World Heritage site, with its distinctive trulli, is an essential stop to discover the region's architecture and peasant traditions.
