Villa Giorgia is a prestigious residence nestled in the hilly countryside of Monopoli, located in the Cozzana area. Surrounded by a charming Mediterranean olive and almond grove, the property is enhanced by cherry, walnut, hazelnut trees, figs, and prickly pears. The building, primarily constructed from Apulian stone, retains original architectural features such as barrel and sail vaults and flooring made of "chianca," a typical local limestone. The oldest part of the villa dates back to the late 18th century, giving the site significant historical, cultural, and natural value.

The three bedrooms—Il Mandorlo, Il Gelso, and the Suite Gli Ulivi—have been meticulously renovated and decorated in accordance with local traditions. Each accommodation is equipped with air conditioning, radiators, an LCD TV, a private stone bathroom, a safe, and a minibar. Additionally, each room has its own private outdoor space, perfect for relaxing in the shade of the olive trees.
