It is located approximately 19 km from the city of Lecce and 50 km from Brindisi Papola Casale Airport, while the beautiful Adriatic coast, particularly the well-known area of San Foca, is just 1 km away. Additionally, Otranto, one of the jewels of the region, is only 15 km distant. Melendugno is renowned for its five coastal areas: San Foca, Roca, Torre dell'Orso, Sant'Andrea, and Torre Specchia, which not only provide artistic beauty but also natural wonders such as the sea stacks of the Due Sorelle, enchanting marine caves, and the picturesque Grotta della Poesia.
