Surrounded by orchards, olive trees, and Mediterranean vegetation, the property is ideally located for accessing the coves of Monopoli, the Castellana Caves, Alberobello, and the Fasano Safari Zoo. It serves as a perfect starting point to explore the vibrant colors, aromas, and authentic flavors of Puglia.

The rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with complimentary Wi-Fi, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. Some rooms also feature a kitchenette and a private terrace. Guests can unwind in the spacious garden, on the terrace, or in the patio, enjoy the swimming pool with a hydromassage area, use the barbecue, and access the fitness area. After spending a long time in Rome, they decided to return to Puglia to raise their children in the peacefulness of the Monopoli countryside. Their choice led to the creation of a project focused on authentic hospitality, where every detail showcases the care and warmth of a family-run establishment. Always present and eager to help, Valentina and Andrea greet guests with smiles and the ease of those who enjoy sharing their home, making each stay a personal and genuine experience.

Area Campagna

Villa Nonna Maria is situated in a prime location in Puglia, surrounded by the tranquility of the countryside yet just a short distance from some of the region's most captivating destinations. The stunning coves of Monopoli, with their crystal-clear waters and historical fishing villages, are only 12 km away. In just 15 minutes by car, you can transition from the serene greenery to the blue sea, enjoying breathtaking landscapes and one of Italy's most beloved coastlines.

Within less than 3 km lies the Castellana Caves, one of the most spectacular karst formations in Europe, and approximately 15 km away is Alberobello, a UNESCO World Heritage site known for its iconic trulli. You can also reach the Fasano Zoo Safari in about 20 minutes, making it perfect for a fun-filled family day.
